Flap Jacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
water
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
-
Put oil in skillet. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Add water to make a creamy batter.
When oil is hot, drop batter into pan with tablespoon.
Fry until brown. Turn and brown on other side.
Cook on medium heat.
