French Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. beef bouillon
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. plain croutons
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until just tender.
    Blend in flour and pepper.
    Add bouillon and sherry.
    Cook and stir until rich and bubbly.
    Toss croutons with melted butter.
    Add to onions along with 3/4 Swiss cheese.
