Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 c. croutons
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, divided (3/4 stick and 1/4 stick)
Preparation
    Melt 3/4 stick margarine in casserole.
    Slice squash; boil and drain.
    Put 1 cup croutons in casserole with margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour over 1 cup croutons.
    Top with other cup of croutons and 1/4 stick margarine.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 45 minutes.
