Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 sm. pan cornbread
4 sm. slices white bread, crumbled
1 sm. onion, diced
3 c. broth from chicken or turkey
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. celery, chopped; optional
6 boiled eggs, sliced; optional
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, with mayonnaise and milk last. (If you would like-cook the diced onion and celery in the cornbread.)
