Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion*
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 to 2 c. chopped meat**
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt, pepper and m.s.g.
Preparation
    Brown meat or, if fresh, cook until done.
    Add vegetables; heat thoroughly.
    Push meat and vegetables to the side of pan or wok; scramble eggs until done.
    Add salt, pepper and season to taste. Add cooked rice; mix and heat thoroughly.
    You may add soy sauce if you like (careful, it is salty!!).
