Ranch Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk (I use 1 Tbsp. vinegar plus enough milk to make 3/4 c.)
1 pkg. yeast
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Add yeast to 2/3 cup warm water.
Prepare milk.
Let both set. Sift dry ingredients.
Add yeast, milk and oil.
Stir together. On floured surface knead until dough is smooth (add flour if needed).
Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Extra dough keeps two weeks in refrigerator.
Makes 12 large rolls.
