Crescent City Cream "Puffs" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. mini marshmallows
3 bananas, sliced
chocolate or butterscotch topping
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
Preparation

Combine water, margarine and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add flour.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Spoon dough into 10 mounds on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove immediately. Cool.
Prepare pudding mix as directed except using 1 1/2 cups milk.
Chill.
Fold in whipped cream, marshmallows and bananas. Cut tops from puffs. Fill with mixture.
Add tops. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
