Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion and pepper in the canola oil.
    Add the tomatoes, pimento, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cook 20 minutes.
