Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, sliced
2 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of nutmeg
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Soak cabbage for 20 minutes; drain.
Combine all ingredients, except vinegar and sugar.
Put in saucepan.
Cook, covered, 15 to 20 minutes.
Add vinegar and sugar and cook 5 minutes more.
