Methodist Church Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pkg. cherry Kool-Aid
    8 pkg. strawberry Kool-Aid
    5 lb. sugar
    1/2 can water
    2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
    1 (8 oz.) can frozen lemon juice
    2 c. strong tea
    4 (46 oz.) cans water
    2 (32 oz.) bottles ginger ale
    2 (32 oz.) bottles club soda
Preparation
    Make sugar into syrup using 1/2 can water; add other ingredients.
    To freeze into slush, divide into 3 gallon plastic jars or bags.
    Freeze 8 hours.
    Add ginger ale to club soda as you pour punch into bowl.
    Serves 100 people.
