Amish Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 beaten eggs
    1 lb. (16 oz.) pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves, nutmeg and allspice
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large bowl in order given, adding the 2/3 cup water last.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake 1 hour for doneness in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 2 large loaves or 4 small.
