Ambrosia Pie(Amazing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    rind of 1/2 orange
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    9 medium size Golden Delicious apples (about 3 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium
    heat, in hot margarine/butter, cook apple slices until tender and crisp; about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Set aside.
    Preheat oven
    to
    400\u00b0.
    Line
    pie pan with pastry.
    In small bowl mix
    flour,
    cinnamon, salt and 2/3 cup sugar; toss with apple
    slices.
    Spoon filling into pie crust, mounding slightly.
    Place top
    crust
    on filling.
    Brush crust with some milk.
    Sprinkle
    pie
    with one teaspoon sugar.
    Bake pie 45 minutes or until golden.
