Fiesta Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    4 yellow squash, sliced (do not peel)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter; add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
    Add squash and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cover and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes or until crisp tender.
