Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. peeled, cored, thinly sliced apples
3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Arrange apples in greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round pan.
Combine oats, sugar and cinnamon.
Cut into butter.
Sprinkle mixture over apples.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm with cream, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
