Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 3/4 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. blueberries
Crumb Topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine yogurt, milk, sugar, oil and egg.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Fold in berries.
Combine the two mixtures.
Stir only until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into well-greased or paper lined muffin cups.
Top with crumb topping (see below). Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool.
Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
