Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 celery stalks, minced
    1 onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) jar chili
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. pepper sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    In a skillet cook celery, onion and garlic until tender.
    Set aside 1/3 cup chili.
    In a large bowl combine remaining chili, ground beef, ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, pepper sauce, salt, thyme, cumin and cooked celery mixture.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
