Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring just to moisten (do not beat).
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and pecans.
    Spoon into 3 floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done with toothpick test.
    Cook in pan for 10 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
