Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water and set aside. Whip together cream cheese, Cool Whip, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Add jello mixture and whip again. Mix cracker crumbs, melted oleo and 3 tablespoons sugar and spread in cake pan, saving a little for the top. Pour in filling and chill.
