Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green pods pepper
    12 red pods pepper
    12 onions
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop pepper and onions.
    Pour boiling water over pepper and onions; let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain off water.
    Add salt, sugar and vinegar; cook for 5 minutes.
    Pack in can and seal.
