**Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
12 marshmallows, cut fine
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 envelope plain gelatin
juice of one orange
1 small can sliced pineapple, drained and chopped into small pieces
Preparation

Put cranberries through coarsest part of food chopper and pour sugar over them.
Soak gelatin in 1/3 cup of cold water then dissolve in 2/3 cup of hot water.
Add cranberries, marshmallows, pecans and orange juice.
Add pineapple but save juice for dressing.
Stir mixture and then place in refrigerator to congeal. If preferred, this dressing is used with the salad.
