Easy Louisiana Yam And Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box butter pecan cake mix
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. raw grated yams
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix egg, milk, cake mix and flavoring. Fold in yams and pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 to 12 minutes.
