Ingredients

2 c. apple jelly
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 (5 to 7 lb.) smoked, fully cooked ham half
whole cloves
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil; set aside.
Slice away skin from ham.
Score (slice) fat on ham in a crisscross pattern.
Stud with whole cloves.
Place ham, fat side up, on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat thermometer reads 140\u00b0.
Baste every 15 to 20 minutes with sauce.
Heat remaining sauce; serve with ham.
Makes 10 to 14 servings.
