Hardy'S Texas Chili(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. roast beef, cubed
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cayenne
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (for hotter chili)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation

Sear meat; add other items and cover with water.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Cool; skim off grease.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of masa harina over chili; stir and bring to a boil.
Flavor better after letting set overnight.
Serve with sweet sliced pickles, Cheddar cheese, raw sliced onion, crackers and Kleenex.
