Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix pulp, eggs, flour, sugar, spices, salt and baking powder; stir in milk last.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
