Becon Hill Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over hot water or in microwave oven. Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well until stiff peaks form.
    Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
    Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 9 minutes.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
    Carefully remove, using a flat spatula.
