Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 medium onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes; slice onions. Boil potatoes and onions for approximately 30 minutes; drain off liquid. Mash to coarse mixture; heat on very low heat. Add soup, milk and half and half. Add salt and pepper; add margarine; grate Cheddar cheese on top when served.
