Swordfish Steaks With Dill-Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing
    2 (1-inch thick) swordfish or shark steaks (about 1 lb.)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 c. whipping or heavy cream
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat Italian dressing and cook fish over medium heat, turning once, 8 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Remove to serving platter and keep warm.
    Into skillet, add wine, then pepper, dill and mustard.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes.
    Stir in cream and heat 1 minute or until thickened.
    Serve over fish.
    Garnish, if desired, with baby vegetables.
