Pineapple Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines pineapple supreme cake mix or yellow cake
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. 7-Up
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 box instant pistachio pudding
    1 can coconut milk
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 can coconut flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Bake in greased and lightly floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Blend together next 3 ingredients.
    Spread on cooled cake.
    Spread on pineapple.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Can be frozen and eaten partially frozen.
