Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    1 c. broth (saved from cooking chicken)
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts until tender in boiling water; remove bones and skin.
    Mix stuffing according to package directions and line bottom of casserole with half.
    Cover with chicken.
    Then mix sour cream with soup and pour over chicken.
    Top with remaining 1/2 of stuffing.
    Pour 1 cup broth over this and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
