Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, oil, vanilla
and egg.
Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add
flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or until
light
golden
brown.
