Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh fruit (optional)
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy whipping cream
Preparation

Separate eggs and make soft custard of the milk, egg yolks and sugar. Beat egg whites stiff and over them, pour the hot custard. Mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla and salt and when cold, the whipping cream and fresh fruit.
