Tangy Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Marie's Lite and Zesty fat free red wine vinaigrette
    3/4 c. Light 'N Tangy V-8 vegetable juice
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In large, shallow, nonmetallic dish, combine vinaigrette and V-8 juice.
    Add chicken, turning to coat.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
