Molded Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
5 medium oranges
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 c. sugar
lettuce leaves (for garnish)
Orange-Cheese Dressing (recipe follows)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 3 cups boiling water.
Stir in 3 cups cold water.
Chill until mixture mounds slightly.
Peel and chop oranges; place in another bowl.
Add cranberries and sugar; stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Stir fruit mixture into thickened gelatin.
Pour into 12-cup mold or Bundt pan. Refrigerate until set.
