Brunch Ham Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 toasted English muffins
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper and Tabasco
Preparation
    Spread ham on muffin halves.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Beat egg yolks, mustard, salt, pepper and Tabasco until thick and lemony.
    Beat whites until stiff peaks form.
    Fold into yolk mixture.
    Spoon onto muffins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
