Fudge Sauce Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler or on low heat.
    Gradually stir in sugar.
    Add milk slowly and blend well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Pour over ice cream or cake.
