Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut up broccoli
    1 c. cut up cauliflower
    1 c. cut up celery
    1 c. cut up carrots
    medium sized onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Barely cover with water and cook until tender first 5 ingredients; drain.
    Place in casserole dish; add butter.
    Add soup mixed with evaporated milk.
    Mix well with vegetables.
    Top with cracker crumbs mixed with grated cheese.
    Heat in oven until bubbly.
