Spinach And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice
1 pkg. chopped spinach
4 beaten eggs
1 carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. minced onion
garlic
salt
1 cube margarine, cubed
Preparation

Cook rice and spinach and drain.
Blend rice and spinach with remaining ingredients.
Oil casserole dish and sprinkle with some bread crumbs.
Add mixture evenly and sprinkle top generously with more bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
