Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 - 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. white or black pepper
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. green seedless grapes, halved
    1 small can pineapple chunks drained (optional)
    1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery and onion. Add salt and pepper. Chill overnight. Immediately before serving, stir in mayonnaise, mandarin oranges, grapes, pineapple chunks (if desired) and pecans. Mix well.
