Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. red or white vinegar
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except steak, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add steak, turn to coat, cover.
    Refrigerate 5 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
    Remove steak from marinade, reserve mixture.
    Grill 4-inches from red hot coals or broil 4-inches from heat source, 12 to 14 minutes, until medium rare, turning once. Heat marinade in small saucepan.
    Serve steak thinly sliced, across the grain.
