Rolled Oats Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 1/2 c. oats (Quaker)
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugars, then add eggs.
    Mix together dry ingredients, then add to the butter and sugar mixture.
    Add in water, 1 cup at a time.
    Batter is very thin.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or two loaf pans.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. May top with coconut and pecan icing.
