Frozen Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (16 oz.) caramel sauce
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    2 baked deep dish pie crusts
Preparation
    Toast coconut and nuts with butter until a dark brown.
    To the soft cream cheese, add milk and beat until smooth, then fold Cool Whip.
    Layer the cream and milk mixture with caramel, then nuts, then repeat until pie shells are full.
    Freeze pies for 2 hours. Serve pies frozen.
