Chocolate-Nut Brownies(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
liquid sugar substitute (to equal 1 c. sugar)
3 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
12 pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar substitute, vanilla and eggs.
Sift together cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.
Add mixtures until well blended.
(Do not overmix.)
Stir in nuts.
Pour in 8-inch square pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
