Great Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    3 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. horseradish
    4 salmon steaks (8 oz. each)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
    Brush 1/2 the mix over fish.
    Marinate fish up to 6 hours in refrigerator.
    Place fish on grill.
    Grill 5 minutes.
    Turn and brush with the rest of marinade.
    Grill until fish flake easily.
