Beef Fajitas With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 flank steak, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 c. whole grain Minute rice (uncooked)
Preparation

Prepare the rice as directed on the package, omitting the margarine and salt.
Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add the meat, onion and garlic.
Cook and stir until meat is browned clear through.
Add the peppers and cook, stirring slowly, until tender. Stir in the water, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
Stir in the lime juice.
Serve over the rice.
