Peanut Butter Sundae Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. honey
    3/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    In heavy 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, warm brown sugar, half and half and honey to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Serve sauce warm over ice cream, pancakes or waffles, or refrigerate and reheat slowly, stirring constantly, for later use. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
