Fantastic Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. brisket
    1 can Coke or beer
    1 jar chili sauce
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Score meat with the grain.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch pan, fat side up.
    Mix chili sauce, Coke or beer and onion soup.
    Pour sauce over meat, cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, carve into slices against the grain, bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
