Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    14 soda crackers, crushed fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. grated onion (as desired)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix well. Roll into balls and brown in a small amount of margarine.
    After browned good, drain fat out and add some water and bouillon cube (1), more if more water is used.
    Simmer 1/2 hour and make thickening for gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.
