Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 tsp. white wine
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 to 3 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well.
    Roll into balls; flatten with fork.
    Bake 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Yield:
    120 cookies.
