Chinese Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts, boiled in salted water
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. snow peas
1 1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (3 oz.) can rice noodles (chow mein)
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix together, except potato chips and almonds; place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Top with the crushed potato chips and slivered almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
