Ham Loaf Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ham loaf
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Form into balls.
Place in a long cake pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 to brown slightly.
Remove from oven and turn meatballs in the pan.
Return to the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain off hot grease.
Makes about 40 meatballs.
